Join us on Saturday August 17th to learn more about upcoming developments, neighborhood amenities, newly constructed homes, downpayment assistance (up to $100K), and a soon-to-come 3.5% mortgage loan product.
Pick up location will be at the Richard M. Daley Branch Library (733 N Kedzie Ave) with a prompt departure of 10:30am. Tour includes full interior viewings of 4 newly constructed homes and a drive by of 3 community sites.
Buyers with pre-approval letters who are actively looking to purchase a home and meet the Area Median Income guidelines are encouraged to register!
