Connecting Capital and Community (3C)- a local community initiative is offering a trolley tour of Chicago’s East Garfield Park and West Humboldt Park communities. Join us on Saturday August 17th to learn more about upcoming developments, neighborhood amenities, newly constructed homes, downpayment assistance (up to $100K), and a soon-to-come 3.5% mortgage loan product.
Pick up location will be at the Richard M. Daley Branch Library (733 N Kedzie Ave) with a prompt departure of 10:30am. Tour includes full interior viewings of 4 newly constructed homes and a drive by of 3 community sites.
Buyers with pre-approval letters who are actively looking to purchase a home and meet the Area Median Income guidelines are encouraged to register!
